However, the last two parts of the plan, including the diet day 2021, were a bit disappointing. We got to know about the colon cleanser and how it will effect our weight loss goals, but the twenty-eight day plan was a bit boring to me. I feel like I need to catch up on the Japanese culture before I can really understand this part of the plan, but I am not too sure. I am also wondering how I will be able to keep my motivation when I am constantly reminded that there is always another weigh loss day to go!
